A birthday celebration that turned into a wellness class, a science lesson, and real support for Thrive girls.
Your birthday can feel joyful, luxurious, and deeply rooted in care. When Candace chose a Wellness Birthday at Thrive, her celebration did more than fill a room — it fueled our mission.
Her guests moved through a Pilates class while our instructors taught a mini-lesson on the science behind it — how the body creates energy through ATP, how muscles contract with the help of calcium ions, and how every lift, hold, and pulse is powered at the cellular level. The girls didn’t just hear about biochemistry — they felt it in real time on their mats.
