Thrive Club Hub

A space created by and for women and girls who want to thrive — building sisterhood, sharing tools, and practicing what it means to live in our power together.

This hub is intentionally public. It’s a live example of how you can build community, use AI, and share resources without gatekeeping — lifting as we climb, even when not everyone can join our virtual spaces yet.

Psychological safety Wellness as structure Equity by design Navigational capital Validation & belonging

How this hub works (our TILT-style welcome)

We borrow from the TILT (Transparency in Learning and Teaching) framework: naming the purpose of this hub, the tasks you can do here, and what counts as success — so more of us can see the “how” behind the work, not just the final product.

What is TILT?
Transparency in Learning and Teaching is a framework that makes the purpose, tasks, and criteria for success of work explicit, especially to support students and communities who are often asked to “just know” the hidden rules. We’re adapting that idea here for Thrive.

For Thrive members, this is our shared lab. For visitors, it’s an open window into how community, equity, and transparent teaching show up in real life — no gatekeeping.

How to use this hub

For us, by us — and shared publicly so others can build alongside us.

1. Purpose · Why this exists

This repository is a starter home for Thrive Club — a place to practice thriving, not just surviving, together.

  • Lift as we climb, instead of hoarding information.
  • Center girls and women who are usually asked to “figure it out” alone.
  • Show our process, not just our polished outcomes.

2. Tasks · What you can do here

  • See your connection tasks and follow-ups from Thrive Club.
  • Use shared resources and examples (including AI-powered tools).
  • Watch how we organize, so you can remix it for your own community.

We’re “tilting” the process — making the hidden parts of building programs more visible and accessible.

3. Access · Who it’s for right now

Some parts of Thrive (like live programs) currently have limited spots or costs, but this hub is intentionally public so cost is not the barrier to basic tools and knowledge.

Our long-term vision is a community that is completely free for everyone who wants to thrive together. This space is one step toward that future.

These choices reflect Thrive Philly’s core values — centering psychological safety, embedding wellness into the structure of our programs, designing equity on purpose, building navigational capital, and validating our lived experiences as power.

Psychological Safety
We design spaces where girls and women feel seen, safe, and valued — because healing and learning require safety first.
Wellness as Structural
Movement, breath, and mental health are built into how we learn and lead, not added on later if there’s time.
Equity by Design
We build with and for Black and Brown girls from the start — not by retrofitting someone else’s model.
Navigational Capital
We teach the map and walk it together — sharing scripts, templates, and behind-the-scenes knowledge systems rarely explain.
Validation & Belonging
Your story, brilliance, and struggle are real. We reflect that back to each other and build programs that say, “You belong here.”

✨ Thrive Club – a growing hub for women & girls who want to thrive.
We can all change the world in small ways. This is our small way to bridge gaps and build futures. Alliyah Francis built this website and resource. We recognize the ethical concerns around AI use—in education, in its environmental impacts, and in many other areas. There is no single “right way” yet to use AI while being fully equitable, but honestly, we can say that about a lot of things in our society (like capitalism in general). This is our small attempt to show how access, AI, and education can be used thoughtfully (and maybe sometimes imperfectly, lol). This is a beginning, a test kitchen at best.
