At Thrive Philly, we believe that every Philly girl deserves to be seen, supported, and given the opportunities to thrive. Our mission is to break cycles of urban poverty, close education gaps, and provide essential resources that empower young girls and women to build brighter futures.

Through mentorship, education, and wellness, we create pathways for success by ensuring access to high-quality learning, career development, and life-changing experiences. Our work is rooted in the power of sisterhood, intergenerational mentorship, and cultural enrichment, recognizing that true transformation happens when we invest in both the minds and well-being of our girls.

We focus on three core areas that create lasting impact:

• Education – Providing academic support, technology access, and global learning opportunities through our STEAAM program.
• Economic Empowerment – Offering career development, mentorship, and financial resources to equip women and girls with the tools to succeed.
• Well-Being & Essential Resources – Addressing food insecurity, hygiene accessibility, and wellness support to ensure every girl can show up as her best self.
